Have had a Citibank credit card since 1997 with a credit limit of $25, 000: notice came in Dec of 2008 that my interest rate was being raised from 9.99 % to 14.99 %, then on July 20th, received a notice that my rate was being raised again to 29.99%. I keep a balance, but have never been late, etc. I have called Citibank and opted out. I have called the Clark Howard show, got a few tips from them, have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, have notified my United States Senators and Representatives have called Citibank bank back... read full review »
