On i tunes web site to down load i-tunes as I just purchased a new ùi pod touch. Never used ùi tunes prior. Wsa prompted to buy my VIP membership. Thought I needed to, was upset and started completing teh form. I was not able to finalise the completion as a royal bank symbol came up prompting me for a pass word ùI never set up. I closed teh window and never completed teh form. In talking with friends they state dtaht I didnt need to buy a membership so I down loaded and continued on. within teh week I has a 59.86 $ chrage.
