I worked for Telus through Futureshop. They seemed okay at first, because I got employee benefits and didn't have to use the public customer service. I always assumed that the public customer service was as reliable as their employee service. Regretably I once told customers that Telus was a good provider. After I left Futureshop I realised that Telus is deceptive and in no way cares about thier clients. My biggest complaints are Signal and Customer Service, the two main things you pay Telus for.
