we bought ipods for the kid and there grand parents bought them the same thing. Therefore we tried to take ours back on jan 6 . they were purchased on dec 16 not even 2 weeks early . they are refusing to take unused items back. I was shown on the back of the receipt that some items were unreturnable I said what is some items and she told me it was up to her. That persons name is Andrea at the store in Austin on Mopac.
