I had a confirmed Emirates excursion ticket (Dxb-Fra-Dxb), booking reference: IP2HTF. On 3 Feb 2011, I arrived at the Emirates check in queue at Dubai International airport, terminal 3 at 1200h. After waiting in line & meeting with the person at the counter, I was redirected to counter B57, where I met with Mr. Ahmed. I travel between Dubai & Mumbai every 2 months. As a change from my ‘usual’ airline, on 1 May 2010, I decided to book & paid online (www.jetairways.com) for a Jet Airways excursion ticket (Dxb-Bom-Dxb). I flew out of Dubai on 8 May. When in Mumbai, I called 022-39893333 on 14 May evening & was advised that I had a confirmed reservation.
