We have offered gold pack for one month service during our annual pack of tata sky. After completion of 20 days we asked customer care to remove within its 30 days duration.The person on call forced us that it will be removed only after 30 days, but you shoul also contact after completion of 30 days. We again call on 30th day, he assured us that it will be removed next day. The next day no removal came, I again contacted on phone, the executive insisted me to continue it .
