This owners of this company have a secure place in hell. My complaints are the same as everyone else's. Ordered the free trial then got charged $87+ before my trial period was even over. When you call, you're on hold for 5-20 mins. When you talk to a customers svc. rep all they can tell you is that they will "expedite your refund request to the refund department". It took me one month, 5 phone calls, a call to my bank, and a cumulative 50 mins on hold with expressberry to finally see a refund. But I got an address and email out of it.
