I also fell into the trap of ordering and not cancelling quick enough, to find money taken out my account. Tried contacting the company by email & UK telephone number with no luck. Have cancelled my bank account today in case it was a scam and dont want to take the chance of any other money coming out my account. Finally tried their international phone number 02031399027 and after waiting approx 10 mins did get through to their Scottish call centre.
