This company is truly appalling. Notwithstanding an order issued against them by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in 2003/5 and an undertaking that they would not make payment demands for unsolicited goods...they are again up to their old tricks My 85 year old mother ( recently deceased) has payment demands for a plethora of unsolicited items including childrens books.
