We bought a sectional title unit in Bronkhorstspruit off plan from an Agency situated in Cape Town. Together with the Deed of Sale we signed an Addendum with the Agency. This addendum stipulates a Rental Assistance payable to us on date of registration to the amount of R72 000. The unit now already has registered on the May the 6th 2009.
