hi, am jose an ex employee of WNS Global Services. I want to make you all aware of the harrassment of terminated employees by the hands of WNS employers. The company rule states you have to give a 2 months notice period before leaving the company. However, if your are being terminated there is no logical way this rule can be applied to employees.
