To whom it may concern; Hi... I would like to report to your good office a possible Fraudster. His name is James Morgan who have said that he is a staff of UK Border Agency. This also a sample of a Western Union Scam which they will ask for a processing payment for the working visa to a foreign nationals. I think Mr. James Morgan is in tandem with the so called employer which is Mr. Pascal Hilton.
