I am a old you telecom broadband customer. my relationship number is 465597. I have made the payment of 500 Rs for modem. this is refundable amount. I submitted the modem before 3 months. but still now i didnt get any refundable amount of 500 Rs. I called 1000 times to youtelecom customer care number. they escalated my call also. but they are cheating the customer. still now they wont arise any complaints. they are showing to the customers as arised the complaints. this is showing the worst service. read full review »
