I live in Canada and purchased this product, and I found a phone number that worked for me. On my credit card statement, there was a telephone number to contact Viv3Labs, and because their original number has been disconnected, I tried it. The number worked. It is: 416-900-1137. I used an international calling card to make the call (even though 416 is a Toronto area code... but I wasn't sure -- the man had an English accent, though). The man asked me my email address because I didn't have an account number, and I gave him a fake one... read full review »
