I have had the worst experience for Service levels with APC in Bangalore. I urge everybody not to buy APC products, just because of the Service apathy. It takes them 3-6 weeks to attend to any complaint, that too after numerous reminders & requests. Imagine a person who has bought a UPS which fails & then it takes 6 weeks to get it right again...if that’s what UPS stands for...Uninterrupted Power Supply then APC should stand for "American Powers Chors"...
