I made the mistake of getting a new Samsung Instinct from Telus in mid June and I've been having problems with Telus ever since. The phone had all sorts of issues and Telus deemed it DOA so they gave me another one. The second one has more issues than the first one and when I called customer service, they put me through to tech support.
