I was booked on Spice Jet to travel from Banglore to New Delhi on the 12th August 2009. CPPYEN was my PNR code. First of all the flight got delayed by 3 hours, and then it was cancelled. Finally after a lot of haggling we were re-booked on another flight to New Delhi. Then when we reached Delhi Airport, we were forced to wait 90 minutes for the luggage. There was not a single spice jet executive there to take control or explain the delay or apologize. A 2 /12 hour journey turned into an 7 hour ordeal for us. I will never travel by Spice Jet again and advise any one else reading to do the same. read full review »
