I've been dealing with this company . They charged me $79.95 for a product that I rec'd very late. I have the product unopened. The company told me in reply emails to me to contact them for a return address so I could ship it back and they could process the refund. I have sent over 25 emails from the time I rec'd the product (your return address is indicated on the package), on August 10, 2009.
