I purchased a Norton product with a $20 rebate and was sent the $20 rebate as a "Visa Debit" card. What a waste of time and resources. Firstly the card cannot be used at a gas station, some retailers will only take it with a manual scan. A pre-authorization fee was charged reducing the balance to $19, and they will take seven days to credit the $1 back.
