Well looks like I am another victim of the "SEMANTICS" of this company. What gives? There are numerous complaints against these people and yet they keep on doing the same "deja vue" all over again. Recently I renewed my Norton 360 Security Program, which I think is excellent, and sure enough the next day there was a charge on my credit card for the same amount for some mysterious something. The same kind of stuff that I have been reading here. Have anyone gotten this issue resolved somehow in a satisfactory way? Please advise. Will appreciate your input . No way of contacting them.
