I bought Norton for my PC AND my laptop. Thinking I was protecting my computers from viruses. Yesterday I had a pop up of a rouge virus--and a company called Personal Antivirus saying I needed to buy their service to kill this virus. I spent literally three hours getting Norton on-line, only to be told that I needed to spend $99.00 more to take care of the problem. What did I pay for in the first place I wonder.
