I have been a loyal customer with Foxtel for the last 10 years, as well as my entire family. My remote control is faulty and they are trying to charge me $70. It clearly says on their website that they replace them if it is not your fault (which it isnt) and their "Team Leader- Ragi" had no clue that it says that. It is appalling that they treat their loyal customersthis way.
