Purchased 12 Qt. Pressure canner/cooker but instruction manual is very poor. Does not explain how to set pressure on guage nor how to replace guage even if you can figur it out. Until recent house fire had a canner for about 15 yrs. no problems book showed you how with pictures. Was a different make, should have stuck with it I guess. read full review »
