Robert Leitgeb approached me to move some furniture from Punta Gorda, FL to Hermosa Beach, CA. His opening line was a larger moving company that I had called for a quote had given him my name because the load was too small for them to handle. He presented himself to be reputable saying he had made many moves to various cities in California. My first warning should have been when he indicated that I didn't have to pay sales tax.
