I purchased the instrument on 8th August and it failed on 11th August. The instrument is with the service centre from 12th to date (10days) since they do not have spares !!!. If they do not have the spares, should they not give me a replacement? Why are they harassing a customer like this? Is there a pannace for this? read full review »
