I found out only too late what crooks this company are. They use illegal advertising on the net (saying they're a loan company when they are not) yet seem immune to prosecution. Copy of brief mail I sent to Trading Standards today: Yes loans took money for 'admin' fee and said I'd been successful for a loan. Their website and spiel suggested loan was from them - it was not.
