Whilst recently trying to open a very difficult- to-open sun crean the product burst open and simultaneously scraped up my wrist. I now have a bad scar. I am a model and often model close-up beauty products and jewellry on the shopping channel. Am I entitled to sue?I was on a cruise and visited the ship's doctor for the wound.
