52" LCD television developed two red lines from top to bottom on television 14 months after purchase. Have been waiting two months to have the television repaired. They sent out a technician to change the video board about two weeks after the problem developed. The television continues to have the two vertical red lines on the screen. Have been waiting an additional 6 weeks since the first service call and the part they believe will fix the telivision is still unavailable. Do yourself a favor and purchase another brand. If your tv breaks its not worth the hassle of dealing with their customer support. read full review »
