I just ordered from these guys without doing the research I am doing now (just saw it on Oprah so figured it was reputable company), I called to return the product when it showed up on the 14th day of my trial period, because I found out I was pregnant the day before...they were closed. I called the next business day and they told me my trial period was over( on the saturday)-yet they were closed. I have now been charged twice to my card in the last 20 days for a total of $460 CAD.
