A W490 cell phone was ordered on 8-9-09. The order was placed on hold because the shipping and billing address were different. The address was added the next day and Motorolla had said that the order had been shipped as of 8-16. After checking online the order was still on hold. Called motorolla and was xferred to sales and call was dropped multiple times. Finally was put through to sales and they said order was being shipped.
