We bought a memory foam bed from dreams less than 4 years ago. This bed cost over £1300. We have always used a mattress protector as advised when we purchased this bed. We also took out the 10 year guarantee which appears is not worth the paper it's written on!! Within 2 years of owning this bed we called customer services as we were both suffering from neck pain, we felt that the bed had sunk where we slept and there was a ridge in the middle.
