I would like to express my dissapointment in the inconcistancy of the departure times and the lack of compasion of your airline with regards to it's passengers. Firstly i would like to point out that i use you because of lack of choise flying out of KIMBERLEY.I am livid at the way your ground staff handles passengers and the attitude and the 'DON'T CARE ATTITUDE' which visibly displayed is of concern.
