Over 4 hours spent trying to get hold of the cancellation department. Absoultly ridiculous. A sytem structured to prevent people from cancelling. After 13yrs with Rogers and basically a satisfied customer who paid every bill in full and early, I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY MY BUSINESS AGAIN. read full review »
