Contrary to international norms Vodacom, and for that matter the others, charge you a fee for itemised billing, having the gall to call it value-added service. Not happy with the enormous profits they make, they try to slip through cost they hope we won't notice. (They might have learnt this from the banks.) Vodacom charges R17.50, and apparently make about R600 million a year from this service. First they rip you off, then they make you pay to see how they ripped you off.
