I have been trying to get my wife's passport. For 3 days I get in the line from morning 9:30 and the person on Counter No. 1 does not have time and willingness to help. The problems he says are - Address Proof - We have Ration Card and Electricity/Telephone/Corporation Tax bills (all in the name of my father - the head of the family).
