The company had my brand new car in for tints and when I picked it up my front right headlight casing was severely melted. Upon complaint I was told to see the manager, I returned 3 times until I finally got a hold of him. He was extremely rude and denied that they had anything to do with it and even tried to blame it on the headlight lamp overheating and melting it from the inside when it is clearly visible it is from the outside.
