I took my honda oddyssay for oil change. this van has aluminum oil pan. i didn't have any previous oil leakage issue. the mechanic remove engine bolt withotu any problem. but when he put the bolt back he tight very hard and it damaged the thread of oilpan. the mechanic wasn't taking responsibility for it. and offered me to change oilpan for $550.00. why i have to pay for their stupid non certified mechanic's mistake? finally i towed it to honda dealer with my expense and get oilpan changed. i will never go for oil change at active green and ross or advice someone to go. read full review »
