Hi, I cant believe that I did actually buy this guys software dispite having read the complaints online about it. Here is my experience... I ordered the combo proffesional pack that is the name histories and coat of arms. Received 3 disks in the post two weeks later. Loaded the disks... like most I put in my family name into the coat of arms search facility now what I got was a picture of a duck when it should have been a sail boat... then I put in my mams COLLINS should have been two lions standing on their hind legs and what came up three... read full review »
