Bought a small S860 digital camera. Actually 2. One has small spec of dust in lens or on ccd. The other was much worse. Was sent back for service 3 times unsuccesfully because each time the dust remained. After angry emails and calls to the service center no replies were received although promised every time again. Please do yourself a favour and do not buy a Samsung digital camera. You will be happy you didn't. Not sure if the same lousy service applied to other electronics but I for one will not run the risk by purchasing their brand name again. read full review »
