I ordered a FREE sample on December 29th, 2008 and was charged 6.20 for shipping. On January 12, 2009 my credit card was charge 85.74 without my knowledge for something. I have not received the second shipment and cannot believe that this company with a "DOCTOR" backing it would be so fraudulent. Has anyone been able to contact them as the phone numbers supplied are always busy. I guess there are many others been scammed. Please send me any advice as to how to get rid of these scam artists.
