In November I ordered Wu Yi Tea and soon found unauthorized charges from multiple partner organizations --- which meant multiple calls to resolve. One was good enough to reverse charges. One hid behind an Internet chat window and cancelled the order but would not reverse unauthorized charges. The only path available is to dispute the charge with my bank (yet another call!). read full review »
