ordered the norton antiVirus 8/22/09, check cashed 8/27/09, it is now 9/8/09 where is the antiVirus we ordered . there have been no e-mails and no recognition of receipt of payment. I require a Canadian phone number to check this billing system and locate the product. Shuld I not receive this product nor acknowlegdement of payment. my next step will be to BBB in Canada, as I will not continue to struggle over the internet about a product you supposedly sell. I expect to either have the product or a refund no later than 9/14/09 or I will be reporting this. read full review »
