I bought a printer in March 09 and in late August 09 it started jamming every time I tried to print. I called their service center and was told that the printer, based on the serial number, was out of warranty. I told them the purchase date and was instructed to fax my receipt. I was then told that I needed to call back in 24 hours to see if they got it. What? I have to call THEM to see if they got my information? OK, fine.
