After seeing an Ad on ABC.com's website on 8/24/09 I ordered the 14 day trial offer. At the time I placed the order I specifically checked the box which indicated that I did NOT want to subscribe to any ongoing orders. I only wanted the trail offer for $1.95. I then received several phone calls from Dazzle Whte and again told them that I was not interested in any other products or any additional orders.
