Application in prescribed format for PAN Card was submitted in Aug/Sep, 2008 in the Name of ANGAN GOGOI, Date of Birth - 30.11.1993, Income Tax Circle - Digboi Ward-I, Assam. No Card has yet been received. On asking it has been being told that the Card had already been sent.Now the question is : where is the Card ? Kindly do the needful.
