I have a SBI credit card which is a year old. Have been making regular payments till i lost my job. Post that i couldnt pay for sometime. Even after i started paying the monthly dues the collection agents from the Mahim (Mumbai) office have been calling me numerous times in the day and send their collection agent to my house. They use suedo names when they call and lie about their designations. The agents are rude and have no manners. They have even used threats and abuses.
