I bought RC helicopter for my son paid $169 including shipping, When I got the product I did try every thing possible to start the helicopter engine, after several attempts I did try to phone the company (Notroplanes.com), after holding more than 40 min two times and several times 15 min: hold nothing happened other than just saying we are busy so just hold, did try to live chat, same thing we are busy, email them and every time they took two days to reply with one line question to me, so in 10 days back and forth emails every time they ask... read full review »
