I made a purchase at best buy using their credit card that is issued through HSBC bank. The company offers a differed interest for up to two years. Unfortunately, I have fallen 1 month behind throughtout the course of the entire loan and they have now billed me for all the interest charge. I called prepared to pay off the balance of $557.37 providing they would remove the finance charge of $337.97 and they said they couldn't remove the finance charge because of my falling behind one month.
