I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of flowers (based on the photo provided on the website) to be delivered to my mother in Montreal on her 65th birthday. The flowers delivered bared absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to those requested. The bouquet was of inferior size and quality, different vase and they substituted a festive birthday balloon with a Sesame Street themed one. In addition to all this, they charged me in USD (WTF?!).
