I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher in October 2008. Within a few days the water was not heating up. After TWO WEEKS the repair person put in a new control board. Now the machine won`t come on at all. I called repair again and was told by the man taking the work order that someone would be here January 13. I waited all day and no one came. When I called Tulsa to complain, as directed to do so by the local repair office, I was told my appointment was scheduled for January 20. Why does it take two weeks to get the dishwasher checked each time I need repairs? Why can`t they stay with the original appointments? read full review »
